KAGes is a pioneer in disability employment in Austria and designs disabled-friendly buildings. KAGes is a non-profit health organization based in Austria. One of the biggest health organizations in Europe, KAGes greatly contributes to the local economy as a major investor and buyer. 

KAGes is a pioneering actor in employment for people with diverse abilities and the integration of disabled employees in work life. KAGes conducts projects for disability employment and received several awards. 

KAGes has been researching ways to transform workspaces to make them accessible for people with disabilities and designed its new buildings to be disabled-friendly. With equipment such as infinite showers, ramps and lifts with special language models, and signage with Braille; their new design allows higher mobility for the elderly and people with disabilities.
